How long does the shoot take?
One full day a month. We book the next date before we leave, so it never drifts.
Do I need to be there?
Someone who can unlock the door and point at things for the first ten minutes. After that you can get back to work — we do not need you standing around, and you do not need to be on camera unless you want to be.
How fast do I get the files?
Five business days from each shoot. Everything from one day lands together.
Can I use these for ads?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights transfer to you on delivery — paid ads, your website, print, in-store screens, anywhere, forever. There is no extra licence to buy later.
What if I need revisions?
One round per video is included. In practice the monthly rhythm means fewer revisions, because we already know what works for you.
Do you travel outside Philadelphia?
Anything within 25 miles of Center City is included. Beyond that it is 75 cents per mile, and you get the number on the call before you book.
