How long does the shoot take?
Half a day for a standard brand shoot. Product-heavy work sometimes runs longer, and we tell you which it is on the call.
Do I need to be there?
Someone who can unlock the door and point at things for the first ten minutes. After that you can get back to work — we do not need you standing around, and you do not need to be on camera unless you want to be.
How fast do I get the files?
Four business days. You get full-resolution files plus web-optimised versions, so you can drop them straight into a site.
Can I use these for ads?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights transfer to you on delivery — paid ads, your website, print, in-store screens, anywhere, forever. There is no extra licence to buy later.
What if I need revisions?
One round of re-edits on selected frames is included. Reshoots are quoted separately.
Do you travel outside Philadelphia?
Anything within 25 miles of Center City is included. Beyond that it is 75 cents per mile, and you get the number on the call before you book.
