How long does the shoot take?
Half a day, usually three to four hours. We shoot in blocks so one setup produces several different videos rather than one.
Do I need to be there?
Someone who can unlock the door and point at things for the first ten minutes. After that you can get back to work — we do not need you standing around, and you do not need to be on camera unless you want to be.
How fast do I get the files?
Five business days from the shoot day. Captions are burned in, so they are ready to post the moment they land.
Can I use these for ads?
Yes. Full commercial usage rights transfer to you on delivery — paid ads, your website, print, in-store screens, anywhere, forever. There is no extra licence to buy later.
What if I need revisions?
One round is included on a content day. Send notes, we recut. Extra rounds are $150 each.
Do you travel outside Philadelphia?
Anything within 25 miles of Center City is included. Beyond that it is 75 cents per mile, and you get the number on the call before you book.
